Dakota painted this in April of 2022. It is a continuation piece of her other work "What Lies Beneath." She painted this to signify the wrath of mother nature taking back the planet from humans. The symbols on the tentacles are Runes, and they tell a story of birth, intuition, violence, greed, lust, and then the wrath of God. This piece has many meanings and can be interpreted many ways, or just enjoyed as the beautiful painting that it is.
